Linas Jakas has more than 20 years of legal practice experience in the field of commercial law and the resolution of various legal disputes. He provides consultation on dispute risk management issues, advises in the pre-trial stages of disputes, and represents clients in negotiations and judicial proceedings. Linas not only has years of experience in resolving disputes in court – he is also well versed in various areas of law, focusing mainly on strategic distressed asset management, shareholder conflicts, mergers and acquisitions, transaction structuring and advisory, and corporate law and insolvency issues. An attorney who has been working for ADLEX since its founding, Linas is now a partner and a true professional in commercial and corporate law.
